Bicycle: Our best friend (Cycling)
Let's see, cycling is not bad to the environment, is one of the easiest ways to exercise, it builds strength and muscle tone, increases muscle tone, builds stamina, burns up calories, improves heart health, improves coordination and reduces stress.
Water - How much should we drink?
It's a great question, so to stay healthy, it's important to replace the fluid we lose when we breathe, sweat or urinate.
To avoid dehydration we should drink about 1,2 liters of water
every day, which equals of six glasses of water per day and not forgetting that much of what we usually eat also contains water.Natural milkshake protein recipe for muscle gain

- 1 Banana
- 1 Apple
- 5 Egg whites (this is very important, only the whites, the egg yolk has cholesterol and we want to avoid it)
- 2 Tea spoons of honey

I used to take this milkshake berfore the exercise when i was at the gym, it's insanely tasty and the results were not bad at all, for a natural homemade milkshake!!!

My name is Pedro i'm from Portugal, i'm a chemistry college student and bla bla bla no one cares.
Going to the point of interest, i created this blog to alert/ disclose and if possible modify human behavior against the risks that a poor diet can cause. Poor diet and lack of physical exercise most of the time are caused by insufficient money, by the lack of time to eat a typically homemade meal, so people are always choosing more and more the fast-food way.
I will also post here issues related to fitness and be on shape, curiosities related to health and wellness, a couple of fitness programs, because nowadays with this installed crisis gyms are being more and more expensive, and people cant afford it or don't take it on their own priority list so homemade gym is the best way to do it now and it only requires like one hour or half of it per day.
