Natural milkshake protein recipe for muscle gain

In a container lies:

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Apple
  • 5 Egg whites (this is very important, only the whites, the egg yolk has cholesterol and we want to avoid it)
  • 2 Tea spoons of honey
  • Nuts
  • 6 Tradicional cookies
  • Fill the mixture with milk
  • Cocoa (example: just for the taste)
  • Cinnamon (example: just for the taste)
  • Finally mix everything with the magic wand!

I used to take this milkshake berfore the exercise when i was at the gym, it's insanely tasty and the results were not bad at all, for a natural homemade milkshake!!!
