Chocolate! - But only the dark

Dark chocolate has a many of aa (aminoacids) , it means that protect our cells.
It's known that dark chocolate can reduce blood pressure, improve blood circulation.
Dark chocolate has a low glycemic index so it's tolerated by diabetics.
