Water - How much should we drink?

It's a great question, so to stay healthy, it's important to replace the fluid we lose when we breathe, sweat or urinate.
To avoid dehydration we should drink about 1,2 liters of water every day, which equals of six glasses of water per day and not forgetting that much of what we usually eat also contains water.
